Dear member,

Due to the inconsistencies at the recent Annual General Meeting held on 25th August 2024, several members have requested the AAIMRC that a Special General Meeting be convened.

This is to advise you of the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) of the members of the Australian Anglo-Indian Melbourne Rangers Club. The details of this meeting are as follows:

AS PER CLAUSE 31 (3) OF THE CONSTITUTION: NO BUSINESS OTHER THAN THAT SET OUT IN THIS NOTICE MAY BE CONDUCTED AT THE MEETING.

AS PER CLAUSE 36 (2) OF THE CONSTITUTION: THE QUORUM FOR A GENERAL MEETING IS THE PRESENCE OF 10% OF THE MEMBERS ENTITLED TO VOTE.
